  • Can I manage my account on-line?

    We have a secure web portal that allows you to perform all MAC activity (Moves/Adds/Changes) from anywhere in the world.   • What payment methods are accepted?

    Please Hold Canada accepts: cheque, EFT, one-time credit card payments as well as pre-authorized credit card payments. Please note the discount on your invoice when paying by credit card.   • How do I order your Messaging or Music service?

    To have us contact you to review your needs and provide a program that meets your needs, complete the contact us form or call us at no charge at 800-465-3003 and an Account Executive will be in touch with you shortly.
  • How often are our messages changed?

    We design our Message On Hold programs around your needs. Know that we do start with a minimum of 2 customized productions that are rotated monthly.
  • What kind of equipment is needed?

    We have various devices that interface with your telephone system ranging from analog to broadband to utilities, all of which are included in your agreement with us. We are about managing your content – so you can do what you do best and run your business.
  • Can Please Hold Canada facilitate the installation of the equipment?

    Yes we can, we have a Deployment department that works with our Partners nationally to facilitate installations of single and multi-site clients.
